Bestie.合同会社 processes only the minimum information needed to provide Choposo.

Information We Collect

• Anonymous ID or Sign in with Apple user identifier
• Pet stage, generation, three hunger states, species, and update times
• Push tokens for Live Activities and notifications
• Stone balance and purchase, spending, refund, revocation, and expiry history
• Friend relationships, display names, friend codes, visits, and gift history
• Reason-based reports and block records

We do not collect location, contacts, device identifiers, advertising IDs, credit card numbers, chat text, or photos.

Purpose

We use the information for account identification, game progress, Lock Screen display, notifications, purchase validation, the stone ledger, friend features, fraud prevention, and support.

Storage and Retention

Server data is stored on Cloudflare Workers and D1. Local game data is stored on the device. Retention: Until account deletion. Purchase history for the statutory retention period. International transfers: Cloudflare (USA), Apple (USA).

Processors

• Apple: Sign in with Apple, in-app purchase, StoreKit, APNs.
• Cloudflare: Workers hosting and D1 database.

Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and export where required by applicable law. Data export and account deletion are available in app settings.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we process personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it or verify parental consent as required by law.
