Rules
- You must use the service in accordance with law, these terms, and in-app notices.
- Friend features use display names, friend codes, visits, and food gifts. The service does not provide chat, image posting, or free-text posting.
- Gacha contents, odds, stone cost per draw, and effective real-world price are shown before purchase. Limited items have a fixed supply and serial numbers are not redistributed.
- Stones are consumable digital balances purchased through in-app purchase. Free stones are spent first, and paid stones expire 180 days after purchase.
- Unauthorized access, automation abuse, bug exploitation, harassment, impersonation, and sale of accounts or limited items are prohibited.
- Refunds, purchase controls, and parental approval follow Apple procedures and applicable law.
Account Deletion
Account deletion removes profile, friend, visit, gift, and game records except records retained for law, accounting, refund handling, fraud prevention, and limited serial integrity.
Changes, Suspension, and Liability
The service may be changed or suspended for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons. Liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Governing Law
日本法 / 東京地方裁判所. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights in your country or region.
